Day 2: Today I Woke Up in Doha, Qatar

To be fair, I woke up plenty of times today. Good ol’ jet lag can be pretty mean. Traveling over 9k miles to the other side of the world can have this effect even to the mightiest of travelers.

As sad as I am to have missed out on some wonderful sightseeing around Doha (I only had 24hrs to spend) I am very happy that I took the time to rest, adjust to my new reality, and recharge. After all, I will be back in this city plenty of times before it’s time to end my travels. I’m sure we’ll find the time to introduce ourselves to each other Doha!
